By placing an order with Shannan.dev, you agree to everything on this page. Please read it before you purchase. If you don’t agree, don’t proceed with payment.
Shannan.dev produces strategic intelligence reports in response to specific strategic questions. When you place an order, you are commissioning a proprietary analysis - not buying a generic document off the shelf. Artificial intelligence is used in the preparation of all reports.
When you purchase a Shannan.dev report, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use and distribute the report in its original, unmodified form. You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property contained in the report. All analytical frameworks, methodologies, insights, and outputs remain the exclusive property of Shannan.dev.
These govern every Shannan.dev transaction:
1. Public information. Shannan.dev reports are based on publicly available information. We do not solicit or rely on proprietary, confidential, or non-public data. In rare cases, and only with prior approval from Shannan.dev, a client may provide supplemental data for use in the analysis. Any client-provided data is used solely for that engagement and does not change the opinion-only nature of the report.
2. Opinion only. All analysis, Strategic Viewpoints, assessments, and recommendations in our reports constitute opinion only. They are not statements of fact. Shannan.dev makes no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information in any report. No specific business result, career outcome, employment outcome, or other result is guaranteed. Individual results vary based on factors outside the control of Shannan.dev, its owner, contractors, and associated entities.
3. License conditions. Your license permits you to use and distribute the report in its original, unmodified form with all disclaimers, copyright notices, and attribution intact. Your license does not permit alteration, editing, rebranding, excerpting, or creation of derivative works. All analytical frameworks, methodologies, insights, and outputs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shannan.dev. If you distribute the report in a modified form, your license is void and you agree to hold Shannan.dev harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the unauthorized modification.
4. Hold harmless. You agree to hold Shannan.dev, its owner, and its agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use, distribution, or resale of the report.
Shannan.dev reports do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, investment, or licensed career counseling advice of any kind. Nothing in any report should be interpreted as a securities recommendation or solicitation. You should conduct your own independent research and consult appropriate licensed professional advisors before making significant business, career, or investment decisions.
Unless you commissioned the report directly, the analysis was not prepared on behalf of any company, organization, or individual named in the report. The analysis does not represent the views, strategies, or intentions of any organization or affiliated entity referenced in the report.
Strategic projections, market assessments, career projections, and recommendations constitute forward-looking analysis subject to uncertainties, market variables, execution risks, and individual circumstances beyond our control or knowledge. Shannan.dev reports frequently reference companies other than the target entity - competitors, industry peers, suppliers, and market participants. No third-party company referenced in any report has authorized, endorsed, or reviewed the analysis.
Artificial intelligence is used in the preparation of all Shannan.dev reports. Our reports are produced using a proprietary multi-agent strategic intelligence system. This disclosure is made in the interest of transparency and does not diminish the analytical rigor or proprietary nature of the work.
Shannan.dev treats the identity of the purchaser, the content of the Question, and the identity of the target entity as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without the purchaser’s consent, except as required by law.
All work is prepaid. No work begins until payment is received and cleared.
Reports are delivered within the turnaround window specified for the selected product tier, typically 5 to 7 business days.
Due to the proprietary and immediately delivered nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are issued after delivery of the completed report. If Shannan.dev declines an order before work begins, payment will be refunded in full.
Clients who purchase a prepaid account deposit a lump sum and receive a percentage discount on all subsequent orders until the balance is exhausted. Prepaid balances are non-refundable once deposited and are subject to these same terms on each order.
All information and analysis is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or fitness for use in employment preparation, business planning, or any other purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shannan.dev’s total liability arising from or related to any report shall not exceed the amount you paid for that report. Shannan.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Shannan.dev.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy at shannan.dev/privacy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These terms, together with the specific terms of your order, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shannan.dev regarding your purchase. No representations, promises, or agreements have been made outside of these terms.
Shannan.dev may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already accepted and paid.
